After a large number of computer fluid dynamic tests and a lot of hours in our wind tunnel Win Tunnel, we created a rear "difusor" that helps minimize wind resistance and improves ventilation. The diffuser helps to optimize aerodynamic performance by allowing the wind to circulate more easily and improves ventilation by getting 10% more airflow through the helmet.
The adjustment of the occipital base optimizes comfort by customizing the adjustment to the individual shape of the head and the helmet angle can be adjusted to make it compatible with the glasses. The Tri-Fix adjustable strap system offers cyclists a greater comfort with new thinner 10 mm tapes that minimize noise at high speed. And the Mindset ultralight microadjustment system, prepared to install the ANGI system and with height regulation, has been updated to improve its grip and offer a simple setting in motion.
Our ultralight technology and with incomparable comfort MIPS Air Node is integrated directly into the hull pad system, with a low friction layer designed to dissipate the rotation forces generated in the impacts. With Specialized's own development work, we have added perforations to maximize breathability, performance, comfort and weight savings.
