Orders will be shipped immediately after payment is completed. Please note that our Customer Service department will keep you informed of your order status during preparation and shipping upon request, using our trusted delivery service.

Deliveries are limited to the mainland, and the shipping cost is calculated based on the order amount.

For shipments to destinations not mentioned above, shipping will be made freight collect. In any case, the merchandise will be insured under the mandatory insurance established by law, according to the Organic Transport Law (LOT). Orders will be shipped immediately after payment confirmation.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

When filling in the purchase details, you can choose to ship to a different address than the billing one.

To do so, simply select the desired address when entering your information or provide an alternative to your billing address during registration or at the time of ordering. You can do this through the options to add or modify the delivery address found when selecting the payment method. In this case, the invoice will not be sent to the recipient of the order but to the buyer.

DELIVERY TIME

The guaranteed delivery time is 24–48 hours throughout the national territory from the moment the order leaves our store. The standard delivery time is 4–5 business days from the time the order is placed.

In the event of any issue (delay, transport failure, etc.), Customer Service will contact the buyer to inform them, allowing the customer to decide whether to proceed with the order.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

To file a claim for damages during shipping, you must notify the delivery company within a maximum of 24 hours after receiving the order, or if the external packaging is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, indicate this on the delivery note when signing for the package.

Once the claim is made, www.bikemenorca.com will handle the collection of the damaged product and, upon receiving it, will send a replacement product in perfect condition at no additional cost to the customer.

RETURNS

www.bikemenorca.com accepts product returns within the first 7 days from the date the customer receives the goods, provided the conditions established by Law 47/2002 on commercial transactions are met.

Returns will only be accepted if previously authorized in writing by www.bikemenorca.com. To request authorization, the customer must contact www.bikemenorca.com in advance. Once authorized, the return address and conditions will be provided. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and properly protected to avoid damage during transport. No adhesive tape or transport labels should be attached directly to the product packaging.

Once the goods are received and confirmed to be in perfect condition, the refund will be processed. www.bikemenorca.com reserves the right to refund a lower amount if the product is not returned in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping cost of the original delivery will be deducted from the refund amount.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT (Repeated Section)

To file a claim for transport damage, notify the courier company within 24 hours of delivery. If the outer packaging appears damaged at delivery, this should be noted on the delivery slip.

Once the claim is made, www.bikemenorca.com will collect the defective item and ship a new product at no cost to the customer.
