Resistance DH and lightweight XC, the Traverse SL 35 handlebar benefits from all the experience collected over decades working with carbon fiber, to provide precision control and exceptional comfort, as well as a leading weight-resistance ratio.

The handlebars have gone deeper in recent years, and this has posed some interesting challenges. Because they are wider, the lever stress exercised in power has increased dramatically. The Traverse SL has a diameter of 35mm at the height of power, this increases resistance in this critical area, while dissipating the load of the tightening in a larger area. A safer grip and a more resistant handlebar – this is positive things. On the other hand, while our great experience with carbon fibers allows us to ensure maximum resistance in the anchor zone, it also allows us to adapt the laminate of the fibers to provide absorption at the ends, resulting in a more comfortable and more rested driving. The Traverse SL 35 is solid enough to face the most demanding, resistant and comfortable terrain to deal with day-to-day abuse and as light as to compete in an XC test.
