CHARACTERISTICS

• The Aethos frame has been designed with the perfect combination of driving sensation, lightness and style: from accelerating in steep slopes and technical descents, to comfort in the seat all day, even on the longest routes, the Aethos gives on the nail. But how? Reinventing the traditional form of the road bikes of the past, we have subtly altered these ways to offer huge gains in stiffness and balance, all without affecting weight or durability. If we add a completely new laminate process that we have perfected for decades, we get the lightest picture of the market (585 grams, S-Works, size 56cm). The Aethos is more than a new bicycle, it is the first of a new class.
• A light frame is useless without driving features that inspire confidence, so we have developed the Aethos to have the perfect balance between front and rear stiffness combined with exceptional driving quality. By studying the bending and behavior of carbon fiber, we have been able to discover how the forces flow through the frames. With only a few pedals you will realize that this sublime driving sets a new standard.
• Each detail, from the changing board to the forklift, has been designed taking into account the style, weight and durability. We have also equipped it with Roval's new Alpinist Carbon Shield, which saves even more weight and improves driving features. Everything after perfect driving.
